How the site is built
Form & Field uses semantic headings, labelled form fields, native checkboxes, and keyboard-operable controls. A “Skip to content” link appears when focused. Interactive elements have visible focus states, and the navigation adapts to smaller screens.
Reading and movement
You can zoom the page using your browser controls. The layout reflows on smaller screens, and decorative artwork does not carry essential information. The site respects reduced-motion preferences by disabling smooth scrolling and transitions.
Using the tools
The checklist uses standard browser controls. Progress and action messages are announced through live status regions. Downloads are plain-text files that can be opened in common text editors and assistive reading tools.
Known limitations
Saving, clearing stored data, and generating custom downloads require JavaScript. Without it, the written guides and static templates remain available. The site has not received an independent accessibility audit, and this statement does not claim formal conformance certification.

A monitored contact inbox is not currently connected. Our contact page explains this limitation and lets you prepare a local report. A useful report includes the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and the browser or assistive technology you used.
