Form & Field provides free creative project guides and a browser-based starter planner. This policy covers this website and its built-in tools.
Your project plan
The project name and four checklist choices are stored locally in your browser under the key form-field-plan. The application does not upload these entries to a server, create an account, or synchronise them between devices. Your browser retains them until you clear the plan, remove site data, or your browser removes its storage.
Other people who use the same browser profile may be able to view your saved plan. Avoid entering sensitive information. Downloaded plans and templates become files on your device and remain there until you delete them.
The contact draft
The contact form creates a downloadable text file on your device. The application does not transmit the name, email address, topic, or message to Form & Field, and does not save those fields in local storage. Nothing is delivered to an inbox. Your browser may separately offer autofill according to its own settings.
Technical information and service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel. When you request a page, the hosting infrastructure processes information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Hosting logs and retention are controlled by the hosting service and account settings.
The design requests fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests disclose technical connection information, including your IP address, to Google. Provider information is available in Vercel’s privacy policy and Google Fonts’ privacy information. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Analytics, advertising, and sales
This version of the site has no application-installed analytics, advertising pixels, newsletter subscription, payment processing, or user accounts. The application does not sell your planner entries or use them for targeted advertising.
Your choices
You can use the guides without entering personal information. Clear your plan on the starter page or use the button below to remove the planner data stored by this site in this browser. This does not remove files you already downloaded or hosting provider records.
You can also remove site data using your browser settings. Depending on your location and the data involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, or contact a data protection authority.
