Terms of use

The ground rules for using the guides, templates, and tools on Form & Field.

Using the site

These terms describe the use offered for the Form & Field website, its written resources, and its planner. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

Free resources and permitted use

You may read, download, and adapt the templates for your own personal work or your organisation’s internal projects. You may link to the website and share short attributed excerpts. Do not resell the website’s resources as a standalone collection or represent our writing or branding as your own.

Your work stays yours

You retain any rights you hold in the ideas, text, and other material you create while using these tools. Entering an idea in the local planner does not transfer rights to Form & Field or publish the idea.

Use the tools responsibly

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access systems without authorisation, impersonate other people, or use the site in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

Planner storage and downloads

The planner is a convenience tool, not a backup service. Browser data can be removed, blocked, or lost. Keep a downloaded copy of any plan you need to retain. No account, cross-device synchronisation, or guaranteed data recovery is provided.

Information and availability

The guides contain general creative suggestions. They do not promise a particular outcome or replace advice tailored to a specific situation. The site and resources are provided as available; content and functionality may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

External services

Linked websites are operated independently. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link is provided for context and does not give Form & Field control over that service.

Limits and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Form & Field is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the free resources or loss of browser-stored plans. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may revise these terms when the site changes. The date above identifies the current version. See the contact page for current contact availability and the privacy policy for data handling details.
